Ordering

Are my payment details and order data secure?

Yes, our website and online shop is secured by an SSL security certificate. Your credit card information is not kept on our servers, only transferred to our payment provider Square, via a secure connection. Our server is kept up-to-date and we follow security best practice.

What method of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards via our payment provider Square. All transactions are in AU Dollars.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we have not yet processed or shipped your purchase, then yes, we can change or cancel your order. You’ll need to get in touch though right away!

Can you do bulk orders?

At this stage we have limited stock so can’t do bulk orders. If you are interested in placing a bulk order, please contact us with your requirements and we will be in touch.

Shipping

Who do you use for shipping and how much does it cost?

For all orders, we use Australia Post, to deliver your purchase. At present we charge a flat shipping fee of $15.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes! If the total value of your shopping cart is $240 or over, we offer FREE shipping. This will be automatically reflected at Checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we don’t send purchases overseas, sorry. Currently we only ship to Australian addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once we have shipped your purchase, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. Head over to the Australia Post Parcel Tracking page and pop that number in the field.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Given the current situation, your purchase may arrive a little later than expected. Australia Post have advised that postage to some states or locations may be delayed. You can find out more on our Shipping page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund and return policy?

We do accept returns on purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. Please make sure items are returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, new and unused in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. For more details please visit our Returns & Refunds page.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process your refund once we receive your merchandise.
