Shipping

We use Australia Post for our shipping and fulfilment. We process all orders within 1 business day, however mail from Ardyaloon Community only leaves a couple of times per week.

Within WA standard postage usually takes 7 – 10 business days. For the rest of Australia, standard postage usually takes around 10 – 14 business days.

We have a standard $15 shipping charge to anywhere in Australia. If your order is over $240 then shipping is FREE. If you are heading up to Ardyaloon and use a Broome or Cable Beach postcode at the checkout (6725 or 6726), you can choose to pick up your order directly from Ardi’ol at Ardyaloon, on the Dampier Peninsula.

Delivery delays may be experienced

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a major surge in parcel deliveries, as well as causing disruptions to Australia Post delivery operations. Your order may take longer than usual to be delivered to you.

Tracking

You will receive your tracking number by email so you can track your item. Once you have received your tracking number you can track its delivery progress here.
