We use Australia Post for our shipping and fulfilment. We process all orders within 1 business day, however mail from Ardyaloon Community only leaves a couple of times per week.
Within WA Express postage usually takes 5 – 7 business days and Standard postage 7 – 10 business days. For the rest of Australia, Express postage usually takes 7-10 business days and Standard postage takes 10 – 14 business days.
You can choose Standard or Express postage at checkout.
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a major surge in parcel deliveries, as well as causing disruptions to Australia Post delivery operations. Your order may take longer than usual to be delivered to you.
You will receive your tracking number by email so you can track your item. Once you have received your tracking number you can track its delivery progress here.
